Great location. Very friendly staff, above & beyond in hospitality! Food was fresh & tasty. I ordered on the app & had a half price code so that was an unexpected bonus. Honestly the only reason I took time to review was because of the excellent/friendly service. You can grab a good bite to eat just about anywhere BUT sadly the same can not be said of a smiling face, so this location deserves some praise. Nice work guys, THANK YOU!

I truly can’t say enough good things about this location. I’ve been coming here for years. For over 18 years if I’m not mistaken. From now and as far back as I remember this location has always been great and embraced the local community and its southern hospitality. Each and every time I’ve visited here I have always been welcomed and valued. Any time my order has been incorrect in the slightest it is usually caught before I hit the window and corrected with accommodations. I always feel valued because in the rare occasion something is wrong with an order and I do mean rare it is made up to me by adding an extra drink or something of the value. The willingness to always make things right and to serve the customer in the most honest way possible makes the world of difference. I am a health food fanatic and can always make the excuse to fit this Arbys into my schedule for the week. This location and its staff have always been friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. Star has been at this location herself for years as well and has a pretty well trained staff. I’d like to give kudos to her and the staff at this location for a great experience every time. As someone who works customer service every day I do know how hard it is day in and day out to remain professional day in and day out. Thanks guys!

Take out food is packaged carelessly. Sandwich was smashed and jalapeno bites broken up and smashed. Large portion of the cheese was stuck to the wrapper.

Jordin held the door for us as I came in with my son, who has disabilities, and my daughter. He treated us with more understanding and respect than I think anyone has when I have been in a restaurant with my son.

My wife and I stopped by on the way home to pick up something for supper. We decided to get the original gyro meals. The drive through line moved quickly and the employee was friendly and got our order taken correctly. We paid and received our food in a short time after ordering. The gyros were delicious, the fries hot and fresh, drinks good. I would highly recommend this place.

Best Arby's in the area. Excellent management (Danielle, Kristi, Ashley, Briana) and an excellent team of employees who actually care about the customer and doing a great job. The chicken strips were hot and fresh. #win

Our food was good and hot and the order was prepared correctly. The only issue was I felt the prep time on our order was a little slow for the number of customers inside and in the drive thru.

The service here is usually always good. I never have to wait very long for my food and it's always been fresh food. The place stays pretty clean. The staff seem polite and most of the other customers I encountered here were polite as well. They do a good job and I eat here frequently. Try there Hamburgers, There better than any other fast food burger you can get in the area.
